Re: "I unloaded the gun" RMK
Significantly different meaning?

Nice.  Nothing like implying Bob intentionally shoots people.  Mikunda was a friend.  The Simpson incident turned out to be completely false.  Chumley was apologized to and wasn't upset about it that I remember.

I'm guessing I would have a couple of accidents too if I hunted over 200 times a year.

Yo-u would have a couple of accidents if you hunted over 200 times a year????  Dude, I think you need to rethink one of two things here:  If I have ONE accident that involves shooting another person I am hunting with, I need to review my hunting safety lessons, or two, if I have more than one, I need to consider no longer hunting as I am a danger to others, and if they had any balls and would shoot back, myself.

I am pretty sure that if I were in a hunting party with you, and you had "accidentally" shot someone else, and you then "accidentally" shoot me, I am going to "accidentally" put you out of everyone's misery with a 12 gauge blast to the head.   "Ooops!  I am sooooooooooooo sorry!  I thought the safety was on, and I forgot to point my gun at the ground and not toward your head."

I think with your history, any judge would understand that, hey, accidents happen, right?

Sheesh!
