Subject: BTW, this 'racist'
Message:

Spent the last three days defending a young black man from allegations made by five white police officers, two of whom claimed to be 'eyewitnesses.'

Charged with a C felony with a 2 to 8 year sentencing range . . . felon in possession of a handgun, and facing the habitual enhancement with a 4 to 12 year sentencing range . . . my client ends up with an A misdemeanor conviction.

I'm my client's hero.

And I have another young black man who was charged with B felony coke dealing, set to go to trial on Monday. He has three prior felony convictions for drugs . . . they found him with the buy money 1/2 block from the video surveillanced drug buy in an alley, 30 seconds after the exchange . . .. Witnesses were FOUR white Hammond undercover cops with video cameras.

He was facing 6 to 20 on the B, with a likelihood he was going to get at least 12 if he got convicted. Also, facing 10 to 30 on his own habitual enhancement.

Pled to a C felony, 4 years today. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Bet more young black males PRAY that there are more 'racists' like me out there. "

Gojoke is posting this as if he performs legal representation out of the goodness of his heart.

He doesn't do this for anything other than a pay check, and he probably doesn't know the names of his clients unless he has the court order in front of his face.

Furthermore, the fact he has the nerve to spout off about how he represents felons with the intention of getting them off as best he can, or giving them second chances in life absolutely SCREAMS hypocrisy when he bashes Sampson for doing the same thing...only Sampson is offering a chance for kids to get an education and do more for themselves than get free from prison...

The guy is a joke and only gets funnier every day.

Now, THAT is a thought provoking perceptive comment.

Hey, a guy that makes extra phone calls is Lucifer himself.

People that rob and kill and rape....those people deserve second and third and fourth chances.
